and shared when you use our mobile application Brain Bite (the “App”).

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. 

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, 

which are accessible at BrainFleck Solution  unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.


2. Information We Collect

    a. Automatically Collected Information

        When you use our App, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

        - Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)

        - IP address and general location (approximate, not GPS)

        - Internet and network connection status

        - App usage data and crash logs

    b. User-Provided Information

        The App allows you to view AI-generated facts. While you do not need to create
        an account, the following data may be collected or stored:

        - AI-generated content you view or interact with

        - Data saved in local Room database on your device

        - Images or media you select for sharing (optional, not stored) & set for app themes

3. Permissions We Request

        INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE
            - For downloading facts and syncing with the server

        CAMERA 
            - Used to allow the user to take images using the device’s camera  and use in custom themes.

        SET_ALARM 
            - For scheduling daily fact reminders

        RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
            - used for when restart device then reschedule all reminder  

        POST_NOTIFICATIONS
            - To notify users about new facts notification

        READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
            - Used only for sharing images via social apps (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp)

    - Brain Bite includes sharing features that allow users to share facts or images directly to third-      party apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. 

      For this purpose, the app queries the presence of these apps on your device but does not          collect or transmit any personal data from them.

    - We do not collect photos, files, or media without your knowledge. Any image access is only          for sharing and is not uploaded or stored remotely.


4. Data Usage & Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data

Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The data we collect is used to:

- Provide daily facts and allow reminders

- Improve app performance and features

- Send you local notifications

- Enhance personalization and app functionality

- Analytics :  We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

- Google Analytics : Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. 

Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.

Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

- Google Ads (AdWords) : Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties. The App may include links or interactions with third-party apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram) 

only when you choose to share content.


6. Data Storage

- Data is stored locally on your device using Room Database.

- AI-generated facts may be stored temporarily on our backend server for performance and delivery.

- No sensitive user data (e.g., name, email, contacts) is stored.


7.User Authentication

We collect basic user information (such as email address) when users sign up or log in via Email/Password or Google Sign-In. 

This data is used solely for authentication and to personalize the app experience.


8.User-Generated Content

When a user creates a fact using the app, the content may be uploaded to our secure server. 

This is done to sync and manage facts across user sessions and devices. We do not share this content with any third-party services.


9.Data Retention and Deletion

All application data is stored locally on your device & if login then store on server only user generated fact. 

If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device & server data automatically delete after 15 day. 

Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.  


10.Protection Against Malware and Network Abuse

Malware Protection: We regularly scan the App for malware to ensure it is safe for users. 

We recommend downloading the App only from trusted sources like the Google Play Store.

Network Abuse: The App does not engage in network abuse, such as unauthorized data transmission or overuse of network resources.

We adhere to network usage policies to prevent any negative impact on your device.


11.International Data Transfers

Data collected through third-party services like Firebase may be transferred and processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). 

These services comply with GDPR to protect your data.


12.Do Not Track

Our App does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from your browser. 

However, third-party services such as Google Ads may comply with "Do Not Track" requests according to their own privacy policies.


13.Cookies

The app does not directly use cookies. However, services like Firebase Analytics, Firebase crashlytics may utilize cookies to collect data.
